Organized with the support of the Town Hall of Ezcaray and the Government of La Rioja, this festival not only enriches the town’s tourism offer but also aims to provide unique experiences in the Alto Valle del Oja. Among the highlights, the mushroom cooking workshop on October 26th, led by renowned chefs Ricard Camarena, Javier Olleros, and local chef Francis Paniego, will be an unforgettable culinary experience. The event also includes special menus in local bars and restaurants throughout November, with mushrooms starring in unique tapas and dishes.
